WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMERS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing or using CAA Industries website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms or conditions, please discontinue the use of the CAA Industries website. If you transmit or provide data to us, other than credit card information, is non-confidential. We do not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from your through our website. If you transmit to or post on our website any material, data, information or idea by any means, it will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated or used for any purpose. You are not to authorized to post on or transmit to or from our website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other content that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
Your use of our website is restricted.
Our website and its content is owned and operated by CAA Industries. Our website’s content is eligible for protection under the Israeli, U.S. and worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. In addition, CAA website content is eligible for protection under US and foreign trademark laws, the law of privacy, publicity, communication regulations and statutes.
You must obey local laws in assessing our website. CAA controls this site from our offices within Israel and the United States of America. CAA makes no representation that content or materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Access to our website content or materials from jurisdictions where such access is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from other jurisdictions, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. Documents or engineering drawings, prints, etc. that can be viewed, downloaded, or printed from our website may contain technical data whose export is restricted by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130), the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2778), or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended (22 USC App. 2401 et. seq.), and which may not also be released or disclosed to non-US persons (i.e. persons who are not US citizens or lawful permanent residents) inside of the United States, without prior written authorization by the relevant US Government agency. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between us for any purpose concerning this agreement or the parties’ obligations shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any matter concerning or resulting from the subject matter of this Agreement.
You are bound by changes in this agreement’s in terms and conditions.
CAA may at any time revise these terms and conditions by updating this posting. By using our website, you agree to be bound by such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current CAA Industries website user agreement to which you are bound. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be suspended by other legal notices or terms located on parts of our website. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this agreement and the terms and conditions of any other written agreement between CAA Industries and its customers or vendors, the express terms and conditions of the latter agreement shall prevail.
This agreement may be terminated.
This agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason; provided that you may no longer use our website after you have terminated this agreement. Provisions 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of this agreement shall survive any termination of this agreement.
PROMOTIONS
CAA reserves the right to change or revoke any promotion at any time.
MISCELLANEOUS
Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this agreement. We may assign our rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
All products are made & designed to the original weapon’s model, type & manufacture (unless it tells differently).
CAA Industries cannot guaranty if its products are not fitting replicas.
For all products, the default color is black. All photos are for illustration only.
All Photos, graphics, movies & information are copyright protected.
It is not allowed to be use by anyone for any purpose, unless a specific written approval from CAA Industries Ltd.
CAA Industries keeps itself the right to change the products feathers from time to time, with no advanced notification.
Import issues & licenses are at the customer’s responsibility.
CAA Industries won’t carry any cost of import matters & won’t refund the customer regarding any import issues.
The warranty refers only to the product’s & manufacturing damages & fails.
In case of Credit Card refund, CAA Industries charges a cancelation fee of 2% of the total deal.
CAA Industries keeps itself the right not to charge & sale its products for any reason, even if order has been placed.
It can be that products are not in stock. In case of over 3 weeks delay, a notification will be sent via email.
The shipping fee will be calculated prior to the shipping, according to the weight & destination & will be charged with no advanced notification (minimum of 30€ per shipment).
With no prior notification, we reserve the right to transfer your order to an authorized dealer who will process your order (payment & delivery). Shipments are made by EMS postal services.
It is the customer responsibility to track it with the local EMS branch or at the following link: http://www.israelpost.co.il/itemtrace.nsf/mainsearch?openform&L=EN The actual charge is in NIS (Israeli New Shekels).
The currency is calculated according to the value at the day of charge.
All bank exchange & other fees are under the customer & will not be covered by CAA Industries Ltd.
Prices are excluding TAX, VAT and all other local charges.
